Anyway, that's nice idea for a photo, but some thing are making me anxcious when I watch this picture.
You did well with setting up lightning, but it would be good idea to add one more light source thanks to that whole picture would be brighter and you would be able to use higher aperture.
I guess you wanted to set depth of field on centre flower but it's to shallow and I'm getting a little annoyed when much bigger part of picture isn't sharp and when it wasn't intentional. It would be fixed by higher aperture.
Moreover I think that colours are little to bright. Making it so vivid you loose some details in leaves fracture
You need to practice a bit more and I expect a lot from you in the future.
